The Food Safety Culture Lab is inviting food industry partners to support practical, industry-relevant summer research through the University of Otago Summer Research Scholarship programme.

With matched funding from the New Zealand Food Safety Science & Research Centre (NZFSSRC), participating businesses can help shape a 10-week research project around a food safety culture question that matters to their organisation.

The programme is designed to make industry participation flexible, with different hosting arrangements available depending on the level of involvement that works best for each business.

For us, these projects are an opportunity to connect emerging research talent with real food safety culture challenges, while strengthening the links between research and everyday industry practice.
