University of Otago Scholarships
The University of Otago offers general scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including doctoral scholarships.
Industry Partner Support
Specific projects are often co-funded by our partners (e.g., NZFSSRC, major NZ food manufacturers), supporting students working on applied culture interventions. These are typically advertised as specific project vacancies.
Summer Studentships
We support students who continue their studies over the summer (mid-Nov to mid-Feb). Participating students are awarded a tax-free educational grant (approx. $7,500).
